The tests on BSA binding onto the Au shell surface demonstrated a wavelength shift two times larger than that of the reported nanohole
substrate as a femtomole-level LSPR sensor. Our fabrication technique and the optical properties of the arrays will provide useful information for developing Y-27632 research buy NIR light-responsive plasmonic applications.
