Papillary thyroid microcarcinoma diagnoses in consecutive patients were analyzed for clinical characteristics, interventions, and outcomes. Patients were categorized as incidental or nonincidental depending on the sequential occurrence of diagnosis in relation to the surgical procedure. A sample of 257 patients was analyzed, 840% of whom were female, and their average age was 483,135 years.
